PROJECT AND CONSTRUCTIONS MANAGEMENT: Whether it’s a small tenant improvement, a commercial building renovation or a new construction project, RedBrick will manage it from start to finish. That means we follow your project from the design and permitting stage, to hiring third-party consultants and trades, all the way to the completion of construction and occupancy. Collectively, we have experience in the residential, retail, office and industrial real-estate development industry.

DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT: Clients often come to RedBrick with a property and a dream of a major renovation or even redevelopment. We make it happen. We work with clients to understand zoning requirements and options, and run financial scenarios for these options. We create presentations for investors as well as financing proposals, and we help build the right team for your project. We also hold the capability of managing the accounting and financial reporting in house, to provide consistent and accurate communications to your investment and lending team.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT: We provide property management services for the projects we invest in.  We handle the daily operations of the building, manage budgets, collect rents, coordinate suppliers and trades, and set the groundwork for building a community amongst the tenants and surrounding neighbourhood.
